TYPO3: RealURL verweist immer auf Startseite

Nach dem Umzug von TYPO3 von einen Windows auf einen Linux Server bestand das Problem, dass RealURL immer auf die Startseite verwiesen hat. Die Links wurden richtig ersetzt, Rewrite hat auch funktioniert nur RealURL hat das nicht richtig aufgelöst.
Das Problem ist folgende Zeile in der localconf.php, welche unter Windows beim 1-2-3 Installer mit erzeugt wird (steht ganz oben):
$TYPO3_CONF_VARS['SYS']['requestURIvar'] = '_SERVER|HTTP_X_REWRITE_URL';
Nachdem diese gelöscht wurde, hat RealURL wieder einwandfrei funktioniert.
